We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful Field Technician with strong communication skills and a passion for solving problems on-site. You’ll handle everything from diagnostics and deployments to network setup and end-user support.
Requirements:
3+ years in IT support or technical field service
Proficient with Windows OS, networking, and structured cabling
Confident with workstations, printers, VoIP, and firewall troubleshooting
Excellent attention to detail and customer service
Punctual, self-directed, and reliable
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with Ubiquiti, Synology, NinjaOne, or ConnectWise
Experience in HIPAA-regulated or dental/medical environments
🧠 System Administrator / IT Systems Engineer

This role manages and scales client infrastructure, with a focus on proactive system health, network security, and automation.
Requirements:
5+ years in IT administration or infrastructure engineering
Strong with Active Directory, GPO, and Windows Server (2016–2022)
Skilled in backups, disaster recovery, and endpoint protection
Can configure firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and RMM tools
Organized and analytical with solid documentation habits
Bonus Points:
CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications
Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2)
