Jason was very responsive and went out of his way to assist me urgently. I don't mind saying that I initially reached out to Geek Squad but they were rude and quoted me a 7-8 day turnaround and for a small business like mine which relies 24/7 on my laptop to answer inquiries, etc, I was desperate to get my new laptop set up quickly and efficiently. That is exactly what I got with Jason! He was done with it in a matter of hours.. even picked it up and delivered it back to me. It is now perfect and even much faster than my previous laptop. Thank you, Jason! I highly recommend him to all.

About a year ago I switched to Jason and his company Weisstech for my IT services. It was transformative. WiessTech, Inc. is amazing! I had identity theft happen at the beginning of the year. Jason , the owner, got me and my business back up and running with a new security set up. WiessTech has been nothing short of heroic! Seriously, i can call and he answers the phone to help me out. I'm still paranoid about the computer but I am now confident moving forward with their guidance. I cant recommend their services enough. I couldn't be more thrilled that we switched to Weisstech from our other IT service. Their responsiveness and attention to detail far surpass others I've dealt with. Jason was incredibly accommodating and helpful in a time of need. I forgot my power cord and given I am from out of town he was generous enough to loan me a power cord so that I could continue to work while traveling. He didn’t have any reservations and just went above and beyond when it came to customer service (delivered the power cord to my home within 30 mins of me calling). I highly recommend working with him.
