WeissTech provides managed IT services, including network support, data security, and remote assistance. By using our services, you agree to receive any necessary communications regarding your account, including service updates, via SMS or email.
2. 10DLC Messaging Compliance
For customers who opt into our SMS communication service, we adhere to the following standards:
Opt-In Requirement: You must explicitly opt-in to receive SMS messages from WeissTech. Opt-in may occur through our website, service agreements, or customer communications.
Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS communication. Upon opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt-in again.
Message Frequency: The number of messages you receive will vary based on your account status, service updates, and support needs.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS communications. Please check with your mobile carrier for details.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of WeissTech’s services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Not misuse or attempt to disrupt our services or communications.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
5. Fees and Payment
Our services are subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement or contract. Payment terms will be specified in your agreement, and any late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
6. Limitations of Liability
WeissTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to service disruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the term in question.
7. Termination
You or WeissTech may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Termination will not affect any obligations incurred prior to the termination date, including outstanding fees.
8. Changes to Terms
WeissTech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
